Easiest Vegan Banana Bread

Gluten, Dairy and Nut free

You know you need banana bread when by mistake (or not) you have 4 ripe bananas. So just make sure you have Buckwheat Flour if you are gluten free or whole-wheat flour if not. 

What you need:

-4 ripe bananas

-2/3 brown sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract 

-4 tablespoons water 

-2 cups buckwheat flour or brown rice flour for gluten free options or whole-wheat for not gluten free. 

-1 teaspoon baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon salt 

-1 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips *optional 



Pre heat oven 175C and oil a loaf pan

Start by mashing your bananas with a work. Now add the vanilla extract and the 4 tablespoons of water. On another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well with the banana mash and once everything is well incorporated, add the chocolate chips* (or nuts or whatever you want to add) 

Add the mixture to your loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, it's ready! Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting! Enjoy!
